三、操作快捷方便it is convenient and quick to operate
網框固定方式獨特，卸網、裝網1--3分鐘，手工花色對位2--5分鐘，一般不塞網、擦網不取網，卸網再裝網對位精度不變。標尺+絲桿調位，對位精度0.02mm
Net frame is fixed by a unique way, it only needs 1--3minutes to unload ,assemble net and manual registration of design and color needs 2--5minutes.Under normal circumstances,the registration accuracy will not change if you do not plug,wipe or take the net or unload the net and then assemble the net. Sale and screw positioning,the registration accuracy is about 0.02mm.

五、智能控制系統intelligent control system
觸摸屏：可選多種印花模式，自由設定機器速度、烘干時間、刮刀次數、合板預熱等多種性能。自行排查顯示機器故障，及培訓操作機器流程。實時顯示生產速度及總產量等多種功能。
  Touch screen: people can choose a variety of printing patterns, and free to set the speed , the time needed to dry ,the number of scraper andplate preheatingof the machine and other functions. It can check and display on its own when the machine is broken down and trained to operate the process of the machine.Moreover,it possesses many other functions such as displaying the speed of production and total yield at the moment when it begins to work.
 
 
六、印刷工位printing station
每個工位均可獨立操控：手動印花，手動烘干，可方便的進行投入切出并對整合設備進行停啟操作。刮刀停留位，刮墨刀，回墨刀，壓力及高度獨立可調。Each station can be operated and controlled independently: manual printing, manual drying, it is easy to input and cut out ;what is more,it can start or end the equipment of integration .The staying position of scraper ,scraping knife, ink knife, pressure and height can be adjusted independently.
