產(chǎn)品細(xì)節(jié)：
運動軌跡：攪拌葉片的公轉(zhuǎn)、自轉(zhuǎn)使攪拌機在攪拌各種粒徑及比重的骨料不產(chǎn)生離析的情況下，得到最大的生產(chǎn)率。攪拌桶內(nèi)的物料運動軌跡圓滑、連續(xù)。
卸料裝置： 根據(jù)客戶要去，可采用氣動、液動等方式開關(guān)卸料門，并且針對行業(yè)工況對卸料門支撐結(jié)構(gòu)及強度進行了有效加強。卸料們最多可以開三個，并且設(shè)置有專門的密封裝置，確保其密封牢固、控制可靠。

一、傳動裝置   Gearing system
1、傳動裝置：傳動裝置由電機帶動本公司專門設(shè)計的硬齒面減速機（專利產(chǎn)品）進行傳動，電機與減速機之間安裝彈性聯(lián)軸器或液力耦合器（選配，即使在滿載情況下也可保證正常啟動），減速箱由我公司吸收歐洲先進技術(shù)設(shè)計并具有完全獨立知識產(chǎn)權(quán)，新研發(fā)的減速箱，具有噪音低、扭矩大、耐用性強的特點。即使在苛刻的生產(chǎn)條件下，也能將功率平衡有效的分配到各攪拌裝置，從而保證攪拌機正常運轉(zhuǎn)工作，并達到高穩(wěn)定性、低維護成本的目的，運行可靠性更高。
Driving system consists of motor and hardened surface gear which is specialized designed by CO-NELE (patented). Flexible coupling and hydraulic coupling (option) connects motor and gearbox. The gearbox is designed by CO-NELE (completely independent intellectual property rights owned) absorbing European advanced technology. The improved model has lower noise, longer torque and more durable. Even in strict production conditions, the gearbox can distribute power effectively and evenly to each mix end device, ensuring normal operation, high stability and low maintenance. 
二、運動軌跡 Motion track
  1、攪拌葉片的公轉(zhuǎn)、自轉(zhuǎn)是經(jīng)過深入的研究以及不斷測試而確定的，使攪拌機在攪拌各種粒徑及比重的骨料不產(chǎn)生離析的情況下得到最大的生產(chǎn)率。攪拌筒內(nèi)的物料運動軌跡圓滑、連續(xù)。本圖顯示，當(dāng)公轉(zhuǎn)體轉(zhuǎn)動一周時，攪拌葉片的運動軌跡覆蓋了整個攪拌筒。
The revolution and rotation speed of the blades have been extensively studied and tested to give the mixer a high output without causing the segregation of materials with different grain size and weight. The movement of the material inside the trough is smooth and continuous. As shown in the picture, the blades track covers the whole bottom of the trough after a cycle.
三、觀察口 Observing port
檢修門上設(shè)有觀察口，可以在攪拌機不斷電的狀態(tài)下觀察其正常工作時攪拌物料的情況。
There is an observing port on the maintaining door. You can observe the mixing situation without cutting off power.
四、攪拌裝置 Mixing device 
簡介：靠安裝在攪拌筒內(nèi)帶葉片的行星軸旋轉(zhuǎn)時將物料擠壓、翻轉(zhuǎn)等復(fù)合動作進行強制性攪拌。攪拌葉片設(shè)計為平行四邊形結(jié)構(gòu)（專利產(chǎn)品），客戶可根據(jù)實際使用磨損狀況旋轉(zhuǎn)180°進行重復(fù)使用，有效的提高葉片的利用率和壽命，并且針對卸料速度設(shè)計了專門的卸料刮板，提高生產(chǎn)率。
Compulsory mixing is realized by composite moves of extruding and overturning driven by rotating planets and blades. Mixing blades are designed in parallelogram structure(patented), which can be turned 180°for reuse to increase service life. Specialized discharge scraper has been designed according to discharge speed in order to increase productivity.
五、卸料裝置 Discharging device
簡介：本公司根據(jù)客戶的不同要求，可采用氣動、液動等方式開關(guān)卸料門，卸料門數(shù)量最多可以開三個，并且在卸料門上設(shè)計有專門的密封裝置，以確保其密封牢固、控制可靠。
According to the different demands of customers, the discharging door can be opened by hydraulic, pneumatic or by hands. The number of the discharging door is three at most. And there is special sealing device on the discharging door to ensure the sealing reliable.
六、液壓泵站 The hydraulic power unit
專門設(shè)計的液壓泵站，可滿足攪拌機配置多個卸料門要求，并有手動卸料功能，緊急情況下可手動打開卸料門。
A special designed hydraulic power unit is used to provide power for more than one discharging gates. On emergency, these discharging gates can be opened by hand.
檢修門、檢修門安全裝置 Maintaining door and security device為提高客戶使用產(chǎn)品的安全性，檢修門上全部使用可靠性高，靈敏度高的安全開關(guān)，檢修時安全、方便。In order to improve the security of using the product, reliable high-sensitive security switches are used in the maintaining door to make the maintaining work safe and convenient.
噴頭 Water spray pipe  根據(jù)多年的行業(yè)經(jīng)驗積累，水路系統(tǒng)采用螺旋狀噴霧噴頭，噴灑覆蓋面積大，有效防止物料堵塞噴頭，使物料攪拌更均勻。
The special designed sprayer is installed on the water pipe. The spraying water cloud can cover more area and also make the mixing more homogeneous.
